according to your scale of (Q.no.2)if 1unit represent 2 student then the bar will be very small i.e 4 student represent 2 unit box which will be difficult to draw the bar.
So,
Scale of the graph (Q.no.2) will be, 2 unit represent 1 student i.e 4 student represent 8 unit box . And then the graph can be easily drawn.
Otherwise the scale also be as 1 unit represent 1 student.
